We are so confident you'll be thrilled with the quality of our merchandise that Caterkids offers a 7-day return policy on all online purchases!
Shipped Orders:
Returned items must be received by Caterkids within 7-days of the order delivery date and in the original form as sold. Items sold as new must have their original tags attached. Items not in the original condition will be declined. Postage and handling fees for mailing back the return items are the customer’s responsibility. The returns are issued back in the form of a gift card that can be used both online and in-store.
Orders Picked Up In-Store:
Change your mind at the time of pick up? No worries! We can refund you in the original form of payment if the item has not yet left the store and is within 7 days from date of purchase.
Once the order has left the store Caterkids in-store return & exchange policy is effective. Returns are allowed within 7-day of purchase, return items must be received the same form as sold. Items sold as new must have the original tags attached. Items not in the condition as sold will be declined. Returns are refunded in the form as store credit and is issued in the form of a gift card. Sold items not picked up in-store within 7 days from the purchase date are non-refundable and will be forfeited.
Caterkids does provide a convenience service by allowing paid items to be held for up to 7 days, however, the return and warranty policy is effective the day of purchase, not when the item is picked up.
